This is a completely repackaged and remastered set of recordings including two previously unreleased tracks from the original recording sessions.

A more minimalist Seaworthy on these recordings dominated by quiet and sparse drones embelished with clicks, buzzes, feedback and field recordings.

1. Serrata

A single track over 37 minutes in length. A dense drone of looped guitar with rattles and buzzes filtered through to contact mics. Slowly decays into a minimalist soundscape. Recorded one rainy afterrnoon at the Wooden Palace. A great honour for Seaworthy to be involved with the highly influential C/Psi/P label (run by Mr Campbell Kneale of Birchville Cat Motel fame). Like all releases in the C/Psi/P CDR series, Serrata is packaged in a wall paper foldover with obi strip and inserts. Limited so try and track a copy down quickly before ebay is your only option. Sounds like Growing covering Stars of the Lid....

1. Needle v. Thread

A special collaborative project with Sydney based multi medium design company, Plus 1 Design (http://www.plus-1-design.com/textiles.html). The team at Plus 1 Design have made over 20 individually designed and hand made bags with each having a unique design/fabric combination. Included with each bag is a CDR featuring an exclusive recording from Seaworthy, 'Needle v. Thread'. The track is a 10 minute long piece based around a loop of electronic blips with warms drones and guitar lines weaving about the surface. These bags are limited but more will be made to meet demand but to make sure, order now. They are currently available at Sound & Fury Records in Sydney.

The first of a limited edition series of 3-inch CDRs on a new Sydney label, Black Lodge Audio. The 8 tracks span close to 20 minutes and feature some of the most minimal Seaworthy recordings to date. Electronic clicks and buzzes, processed guitar, melodica and piano along with the usual looped guitars that mark almost all Seaworthy releases. This release is packaged in a 5-inch slip case, individually screenprinted two colour recycled cardboard sleeve plus inserts. Limited to 70 individually numbered copies. This release has already recieved widespread airplay on Australian radion including the national broadcaster JJJ and community stations 2SER, FBi and RRR. It is expected to sell out quickly.

The ten tracks included on 'It's humbling when two saints meet' are intricate instrumentals weaving delicate piano, warm organ drone and hesitant guitar strumming with background drones and buzzes. Recorded at home across three addresses in inner Sydney.

The first Seaworthy recording to be released featuring Greg on organs & piano. 'Just an Afternoon' is a more polished effort but retains the lo-fi aesthetic thanks to the recording on 4-track. Limited to 100 copies worldwide and a co-release with US label Try Not To Look. Hand printed & numbered sleeves.

'Lost hopes, Last hopes' is a song in two parts. A warm drone with sparse ringing notes on guitar gives way to a lazily strumed and swaying guitars. Recorded sometime during 2000 on 4-track and was never transfered to the digital format at any time. Extremely limited quantities on hand painted sleeves, either green or silver-blue.

The debut release from seaworthy. Two songs recorded on a rainy afternoon in January 2000 on 4-track. Mixed and mastered with the assistance of Danielle Buhagiar. The two tracks are built on a backdrop of lazy guitar strumming brushed with sparse instrumentation and delicate melodies. The single is limited and comes with four pages of photos and artwork. All copies have been numbered.

Sydney's SEAWORTHY have contributed an exclusive track, "Lost Highway", to the very special compilation CD "Misplaced Pets" released on UK label Misplaced Music. The compilation was put together to raise funds for two charities, Whitehall Dog Rescue and Leeds Animal Rescue.
